All images by Dave Ingram are copyright protected but are available for sale in digital format as either NEF RAW, TIFF or high quality JPEG files. Fees generally start at $25/one time use but vary depending on the circulation, image size and placement in the publication. Digital prints produced from the files are also suitable for framing. If you are interested in using any of my images on the web please contact me first before doing so. In most cases if you provide a link back and a photo credit I’ll be willing to allow you to use my photographs on-line under a Creative Commons license – but please contact me first!

I’d like to correspond with you regarding using one of your photos in a poem I’ve written about gulls and girls. I’d like to obtain permission to put the photo in an encrypted .pdf as a reduced sized image above the title. I would give you full credit natureally, and supply any link to your work that you would desire in the copyright section of the work. At this time my works are not widely read, but I do post them on my blog, and on my Deviant Art page; and the particular work that I have, Gulls In Dresses, will be included, with the art, in any collection which I assemble for sale at some future date.
